Set up in technical collaboration with South Korea, HANUNG TOYS & TEXTILES LTD <HTTL> proudly claims to be India’s largest Manufacturer and Exporter of Soft Toys Decorative Cushions & Children’s Room Furnishings.

Apart from these products, Hanung has recently launched a wide range of Home Furnishings in various fabrics, colours and designs.

MAJOR PRODUCTS
Soft (Stuffed) Toys, made of Acrylic Plush Fabric of pleasing colours and designs. These toys are stuffed with PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) of Hollow Tube Specifications permitting the Toy to retain its shape for a very long period.

Decorative Cushions, in various shapes, sizes, designs and colours, filled with the same PSF. We are India’s pioneers and one of the world’s leading companies in this category. Cushions are made in our own designs as well as designs suggested by our customers.

Home Furnishings, in various fabrics, colours and designs, items like Bed Sets, Duvet Covers, Curtains, Throws, Quilts, Sleeping bags, Bolsters/Long Cushions, Cushion Covers, Floor Rugs & Carpets, Sit Sacks (Bean Bags).

MAJOR CUSTOMERS

ORGANISATION
PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL: Extensively using latest computer technology and software developed in-house, PPC processes all “Incoming Orders”. Orders are tracked in the production process, ON LINE, to ensure the scheduled delivery committed to customer.

PRODUCTION: Based on the Production Plan by P.P.C., production dept allots the time slots of a particular order at various sections in harmony with several other orders already under process in Cutting/Stitching/ Turning/Stuffing/Finishing.

QUALITY ASSURANCE: Boasting a trained staff of Inspectors to control Quality output of 750 persons engaged in production activity. On-line inspection is carried out in Cutting/Stitching/Turning/Finishing; Incoming Material Inspection is done off-line. Final Inspection is also undertaken off-line before packing. International standards being followed: EN-71, ASTM, BS-5665, AS1647, CPSC etc.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT: Well supported by Designers from India’s premier fashion institutes and some Designers who have been trained by Koreans and have over ten years experience in the field. We are producing in-house Designs plus Designs as per Customer’s Specifications, Drawings/ Photographs.
WORK PLACE: Located close to Delhi International Airport, our Factory is situated in NOIDA, just 25 km away from the center of New Delhi. Our factory, which is a part of NSEZ (Noida Special Economic Zone), enjoys the benefits of Duty Free Imports, a Central Warehousing Facility, Single Point Clearance Window for exports/imports and a co-operative set-up of Indian Customs Officials.
